Three generations ago, our story began with a family owned insurance business in upstate New York and later mentoring under entrepreneur, and technology pioneer, Mr. Roger Hurst, of Stratagem, Inc. in Westchester. Thirty-seven years later, we have interfaced with multi-faceted companies, insurance, and reinsurance carriers, counsels, TPAs etc. as we continue to embrace innovation and AI, applying all to the field of investigations. 

 

As our industry’s confidence and trust increases with the introduction of AI, we look for a  symbiotic coexistence and peace of mind, as industry work partners, take on digital transformations. Humbled by the fact that our human assets remain our greatest investment, we continue to hire talent, with advanced credentials, licenses, and CE. We are immersed in civil tort law, liability analysis, well versed in venues and “hell hole” jurisdictions, and field IT, AT, machine technologies for robotic, aerial surveillance, and more. From FNOL to obtaining congruent case evidence, we strive to outperform on each case.

In sum, we understand claim files (investigations, liability analysis, diary cycles, reserve projections etc.), and we embrace innovation and AI for optimum performance. Everything we build must ultimately interface with a human at some point. Intuitively, human assets will always know when the opportunity is right for ending a case. Whether through mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences or trial, these decisions to negotiate, or proceed to trial will be no exception.
